We offer 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, 4 bedroom/2 bathroom, and 4 bedroom/4 bathroom floor plans.

Our standard lease is full term and expires July 31st. However, we do offer semester and academic leases for a premium of $75-$100 each month depending on Lease Terms.

We are located less then a mile from the USF campus. Many of our students catch the Bull Runner or ride their bike to class.

We have availability for immediate move-in on select floor plans. Our move-in date for Fall 2013 is August 23rd.

We have no termination clause to our Lease Contracts. However, you may transfer your lease to a qualifying person with a $200 fee.

Absolutely! If you have roommates you would like to live with, you can request them on your application. If the room is available, we will gladly place you with them. If the apartment you want is available, it's yours!

We have regular parking spaces, as well as 235 covered parking spaces on site. If you would like to add a covered parking space to your lease, please contact the office at 813.984.7222 and a leasing agent can assist you. Visitor parking spaces are marked with either the letter "V" or the word "Visitor." All visitors MUST park in designated visitor spaces.

The Pointe provides water, sewer, trash removal, gas, internet in every bedroom and in the common area, cable + HBO in every bedroom and common area, and an electricity allowance. The electricity allowance is based on apartment size.

With a qualified co-signer there is no deposit required. If you are unable to secure a qualified co-signer then a deposit equal to 3-months rent can be given instead. This deposit is due at the time you complete your application.

Great News! The Pointe at South Florida added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. Just log on to our website, click the "Pay Rent" button. This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

No, we do not offer meal plans. However, we are only moments away from the grocery store and our apartments have a full kitchen!

Our community consists of 1,002 bedrooms!

We do not mail you an invoice or bill. Residents are responsible for paying their rent in a timely manner. Rent will be due on the first of each month.

If you are a new resident through out the year and NOT moving in on our Fall Move In Schedule; Your first rental installment is due the day you are scheduled to move in. New Fall Move Ins; Your first rental installment for the August 2013 rent is due July 15, 2013.

The beds are a full size, extra long. If you are purchasing sheets, you may want to buy full size-extra long or queen sheets to fit the bed.

Yes however, when bringing additional furniture into the common area we recommend that you consult your roommates first.

Our property is Wireless! You may use an ethernet cord and ethernet card, if your computer did not come with one.
